Work has been completed at Ashdown School Sports Centre and PHSG classes will resume there from the first Monday in October 2007.

 

Classes are as follows:-

 

Mondays   12.30pm until 1.30pm   Lesley

 

Tuesdays 9.00a.m until 10 a.m. and 10 a.m. until 11.a.m. Karyn

 

Fridays  10.30a.m. until 11.30.a.m.    Emma

 

We hope all exercising members will return to the classes and we would like to thank Canford Sports Club for providing excellent facilities for our members whilst the renovation was taking place.
