At present Exercise Sessions are held at eight different venues together
with one Hearts on Seats venue. These are held within the area covered by
Poole Hospital NHS Trust.
One of the venues is operated on our behalf at the Sports Centre of
Dolphin Pool. Payment for the managed sessions is on a monthly basis, in
advance, directly to the management of that centre.
PHSG operates its own sessions at the seven remaining venues listed below
and at the Hearts on Seats session. Please contact Robin our exercise
co-ordinator for the session times at :
Ashdown School :- Mondays, Tuesdays ( 2 sessions ) and Fridays.
Canford School :- Mondays (two sessions) Tuesdays, Thursdays (three
sessions) and Fridays (two sessions).
Ferndown Sports :- Mondays and Wednesdays.
Lower Parkstone :- Wednesdays and Fridays.
Lytchett Minster Sports :- Tuesdays (two sessions) and Fridays.
Purbeck Sports Wareham :- Mondays and Thursdays.
Swanage (Grand Hotel) :- Wednesdays.
Hearts on Seats.....Broadstone Community & Arts Centre...Thursdays.
