ALL PHSG members are very welcome to come along for a chat, cup of tea or coffee, a biscuit or two, and the chance to talk to other members. If you have never been to a Chat Stop before, then please do come along and make yourself known to the other members. We are always delighted to see new faces as well as the “regulars”, so a big welcome to you all!
St John’s Church Hall is only a short walk from Broadstone centre and is located in Macauley Road.
There is adequate car parking facilities adjacent to the Hall with additional on-road parking close by. There are frequent bus services from Poole, Wimborne and Bournemouth.
We look forward to seeing you there! You perhaps do not exercise at any of our venues, so do come along and meet other members.
The talk this month is by Marilyn Barber. She is News Editor for local free magazines Viewpoint and 4Dorset.
She previously worked for 30 years with The Stour and Avon Magazine until its closure in December last year.
She has also worked for a number of other publications including the Bournemouth Echo and the Bournemouth Express and also written for a number of National Magazines.
There will be a bookstall as usual run by Jan. So bring your own books for exchange, but paperbacks only, please!
There will be a raffle, and any donations will be gratefully received.
